Had a dryer delivered and the person that was meant to help me is unavailable - just need another person to help lift the 60kg dryer up onto the washing machine.

New Samsung washing machine installed by The Good Guys is leaking at the out pipe connection.

The tap for my washing machine has been leaking. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the valves/washers or a leak in the pipes as well. It leaked even when the water was turned off from me moving the washer. When I tried to turn on the washer the first time, water spilled onto the ground, so the pipes to the washing machine may also not be connected properly. Washing machine is on the ground floor of my house and is quite dusty! (Not expecting you to clean it, just want to make you aware in case of allergies)

My washing machine touching the water taps and i can’t push it to the end of the cabinet and closed the door I need a new taps but shorter than this in the picture, so can get the washing machine inside and close the door.

Hi, would anyone be able to come out tomorrow to drain our washing machine of water in the bottom of the machine that won't seem to drain properly... This is on Easter Monday? Recently had a new washing machine installed, has been running smoothly, but now all of a sudden its leaking from the tap. Removed hose and turned water off - no leak. Water pressure functioning as normal. As soon as hose reattached and water turned back on, water dripping and leaking (overflowing out of the hose i think) Just looking for a bit of advice on what to do to fix it. Thanks

Washing machine only using hot water. Cold water not going into washing machine. Cold water is coming out of water faucet and I have replaced the pipes. Have tried turning hot water off and no water goes into machine.
