Blocked toilet in ensuite

Have a washing machine installed. I have tried to install it myself, however no water seems to be going into the machine. Not sure if machine is faulty or I have just not connected it properly.

New house build - 95% complete. Builder is claiming they have fixed all defects - we got a second opinion for an independent building inspector and their report shows the following. Gaps/holes to the caulking, located to the rear area of the toilet pan. Toilet pan has not been anchored to the slab as per the manufacturers installation guide, the toilet pan is only being held in place with silicone, the manufacturers installation guide specifies that the toilet pan be anchored to the slab using the provided anchor screws. The builder also notes that the toilet is a "smart pan" and doesn't need the screws as it'll drill into the waterproofing. However inspector says both screws and silicone is required. Need a third opinion. External/exterior

New double kitchen sink blocked after grease likely went down drain. Lower trap opened and grease removed, but blockage remains higher in pipe/junction. Top trap fitting is overtightened and I can’t loosen it. Need someone to clear blockage and reassemble/check for leaks today
