We are having flooring laid so will need a plumber to remove and reinstall the downstairs toilet and dishwasher, and then come back to reinstall both after the flooring is laid

The hot water system at our home is out and has no pressure. I’ve attempted to relieve the pressure valve which has worked in the past but has been unsuccessful this time around. The solar thermometer has never been connected and has never been an issue with producing hot water. We now have no pressure and no hot water. We’d love to get an understanding as to what’s happening and if there is a larger root cause or if it’s a quick fix. Definitely requires a quote and I’m willing to pay what’s required to get it sorted.
