Regrout/resilicone a shower see pictures

I need someone to regrout some parts of the bathroom floor tiles and some grout on the wall tiles. It’s mainly around the joins on the floor and floor but also some on wall. Need to also clean the grout with some chemical acid wash to get rid of the dark parts which could be mould etc If that person also knows how to install a shower door and smart locks and assemble furniture that would be other additional jobs later. Hi Adil, I have 4 bathrooms and a powder room that needs to have some cracked grouts regrouted but the other dirty grout need a chemical wash to remove the stain from it and then whiten it with some grout whitener. Can you come today to provide a quote?

I need someone to remove adhesive residue from two spots on bathroom wall tiles. There is one larger adhesive patch in the centre area and another lighter residue mark on the lower left which is leftover adhesive from hooks. This is removal and cleaning only. No repairing, painting, drilling, patching or tile replacement needed. Must be done very carefully without scratching, chipping, staining, or damaging the wall in any way. Please use plastic scrapers and non-scratch tools only.

We have just had old floor tiles removed from my kitchen (approx. 2.5m x 2.5m). The floor needs to be levelled and prepped before new kitchen cabinets are installed.
