I am renting a property and need to get the bathrooms updated by getting a deep clean of the black dirt from the grout between the tiles. The tile grouts need to regrouted so that the colour is white again. May also need a expoxy repaint to update the look. There are 4 bathrooms

I need someone to remove adhesive residue from two spots on bathroom wall tiles. There is one larger adhesive patch in the centre area and another lighter residue mark on the lower left which is leftover adhesive from hooks. This is removal and cleaning only. No repairing, painting, drilling, patching or tile replacement needed. Must be done very carefully without scratching, chipping, staining, or damaging the wall in any way. Please use plastic scrapers and non-scratch tools only.

Bathroom and kitchen tiling required. Old tiles have been stripped, and the job is ready to go.

Tile kitchen and laundry.

Prepare and paint living room ceiling, cornices and top of the walls. Ceiling paint and wall paint supplied. Needs sanding of walls where old cornices were. 6x4.5m room with small kitchen area. Painting of bathroom tiles, on walls and floor. White walls and grey floor. Paint not supplied.

We have just had old floor tiles removed from my kitchen (approx. 2.5m x 2.5m). The floor needs to be levelled and prepped before new kitchen cabinets are installed. The surface is concrete - see photos. Need assistance from someone experienced with floor levelling / gridning to make the floor smooth and even, for cabinet installation. Can be done today (16 Oct) or tomorrow (17 Oct)
