PROJECT Rear deck approx 37 m² Front deck approx 7.5 m² Total approx 44–45 m² Raised platform about 300 mm high with one step down. Composite decking boards with straight runs (no picture frame border). Likely freestanding frame over existing hard / soft surface. SCOPE • Build and set out timber subframe • Ensure frame is square and level • Install composite decking boards with clip system • Assist with step framing and finishing TOOLS Please bring standard carpentry tools (drop saw, circular saw, drill/impact driver, level/laser). MATERIALS I am sourcing boards but happy to purchase through you if you can get better trade pricing. TIMING Approx 2–3 days work.
