Repair Front Timber Deck Step & Re-stain Decking I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or decking specialist to repair my front entrance timber deck. Job includes: * Remove and replace the bottom/front step only, as it has rotted and is no longer structurally sound. * Match the existing decking as closely as possible. * Ensure the new step is solid, level, and safe. * Dispose of the old timber. Optional (please quote separately): * Sand and re-stain/repaint the entire front deck and steps to freshen up the appearance and provide weather protection. Looking for an experienced carpet repairer. The previous tenant’s cat has damaged the carpet in three spots (photos provided). There is matching spare carpet in the wardrobes that can be used to patch and replace the damaged areas. You’ll also need to supply and install similar carpet back into the wardrobe to replace what’s used.

2m x 2m space, with small step down to grass required. Currently has loose pavers. We can pull these up, however the area is still uneven. We are happy for adjustable deck feet to be used.
