Looking for a licensed electrician to complete 3 small electrical jobs: Single Storey house with tile roof. 1.Install 1 new bathroom exhaust fan *Install a new 200mm exhaust fan. *The exhaust fan should be connected to the existing bathroom light switch, so the light and exhaust fan turn on/off together. 2.Replace kitchen tube light with LED light *The existing kitchen tube light currently takes around 3–5 seconds to turn on. I would like to replace it with a simple standard LED light fitting. 3.Replace 1 faulty wall switch ( simple normal switch ) *One existing wall switch is broken and needs to be replaced. Photos are attached for reference. Please quote for labour/call-out and advise whether materials are included.

The exhaust fans and light can share one switch is fine. Check and fix the kitchen tube light. It currently takes around 2–3 seconds to turn on after switching it on. Our house is single level house. Fix 3 downlights in double storey townhouse. Replacing with new lights didn’t fix it. 2 are easily accessible. One is pretty high up They are 15W lights

Install a supplied pendant light, remove another pendant light and swap over a downlight. All lights supplied. For the pendant use existing wall switch but add a wifi dimmer, supplied (photo, pls confirm its the correct one). I wfh on Wednesday, weekends and after 4 weekdays also available.
