Hi, I am looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and fix/replace two light switches and one outdoor light fixture. 1. White Wall Switch (2-gang): The bottom switch mechanism is jammed and won't press down. Needs replacement. 2. Black Wall Switch (1-gang): The switch can be pressed, but it is not working/not turning on the light. Needs inspection and replacement/repair. 3. Outdoor Light Fixture: The glass/plastic cover of one outdoor light is broken, and the light is currently not working. Needs to be replaced or fixed. (I have attached a photo of a matching working outdoor light on the property for reference). Requirements:Must be a licensed electrician. I need an old twin fluoro tube kitchen light replaced with an LED Batten light. The old light needs to be disconnected and removed, with the new light wired to work off the main kitchen light switch. I have the LED light, I just need it installed.
