Washing machine seal wire clamp has come undone, need put back on, machine and seal are fine, just don't have the tool to extend the wire clamp to refit. Cheers!

We have recently purchased a new washing machine from Harvey Norman and they installed it. However, it's leaking when the water drains from the machine. The leak is where the hose from the washing machine connects with the drain of the sink. I have never fitted a washing machine and have no idea how to fix it. I am sure it's relatively simple.
