Moving out of a current property in Ferntree Gully that needs to be as close to original condition when I finish the lease. There are a number of painting touchups on walls, ceilings and other places, holes in walls that need to be fixed up including one wall in particular, a relatively large plaster panel needs to be replaced, I need all hooks and anything adhesive taken off the walls, also need doors fitted back on, some doorhandles changed over and if available within the same service, I need a deep Vacate Clean.
