Shower screen replacement

I need the floor in my laundry repaired. It has been water damaged and sagging. Its yellow tongue boards. Photos show the sag. Needs to be level before tiling. I already have a tiler in mind as there is a lot of other areas to be tiled. Please just quote on the floor repair

Cavity door to be installed from hallway door to go into Laundry. Need advice on what cavity door to purchase as it will have cabinetry to be attached. The laundry is exposed to fit it. Can you please come and take a look and advise. Thanks Sally

Some red brick dust got onto our new render after they drilled into the brick when our AC split system was installed. Looking for a solution to either remove/clean the dust without damaging the render or painting/applying another coat of paint/render on top to cover.
