I need a variety of tasks completed, but no plumbing or electrical. There is some pavers (not many) to be fixed in position, some wood to be attached to areas and some general things to get the house and property ready for middle. I need someone who is able to pick up sticks/branches over our property (1 acre). I prefer to have someone come and look at the property to see if they can manage the jobs I need over a few weeks but of course not every day.

Ensuite sinks needs to be resealed. Water is making its way out of the steel universal plug and into the cabinetry.

Take down chandelier and replace with another. Replacement is light weight hanging by cord only. Ceiling is around 5 meters high. There is a roof cavity above the ceiling that can be accessed.

Need to install 1m* 3m canopy on outside rendered wall above the window. Looking to complete this week.

Guttering has come out of half the brackets. Brackets probably need replacing and guttering reinstalled

Require erection of small garden shed which is 1.52m wide, 0.78m deep & 1.95m high. Requires a 100mm wooden base with yellow tongue floor., with rebar driven through timber base into crushed rock base to secure? Perhaps an alternative idea?

Pin has falling off soft top Jeep wrangler so unable to reattach to car. Need replacement pin and repaired
