Bathroom grout painting and re sealing of two bathrooms. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 September 2023

I am needing the upstairs only painted of my townhouse. The ceiling is cathedral style. It will be 2 bedroom, a bathroom, toilet and stairwell/small hallway space. Walls and trim. Ceiling won’t need to be painted. Prints on walls so filling of holes and sanding needed. Bold colours currently and going to neutral white tone. I have photos only of the space as I am currently not there but ceilings aren’t crazy high. Please refer to images for reference

Would like someone with experience to paint 3 high ceiling rooms and connecting walls. Not all walls need painting, it would be 3 ceilings and a total of 6 walls across the rooms. Require someone with professional and personal insurance. I have the paint required, but not the ladders or extension paint roller poles if needed. Ceilings are higher than a standard two stage ladder. Will require 2 coats.

I need someone with a sand machine and vacuum attachment to come and sand all the plastering in my kitchen in preperation for painting.

I require someone to caulk about 15 gaps around the exterior of my home and garage with a sealant. A few are long vertical ones that run up the wall. Others are small ones.
