Would like someone with experience to paint 3 high ceiling rooms and connecting walls. Not all walls need painting, it would be 3 ceilings and a total of 6 walls across the rooms. Require someone with professional and personal insurance. I have the paint required, but not the ladders or extension paint roller poles if needed. Ceilings are higher than a standard two stage ladder. Will require 2 coats.

I need someone with a sand machine and vacuum attachment to come and sand all the plastering in my kitchen in preperation for painting.
