Repaint the outside of my house. And repair wood work

Painting of external, wooden frames of two windows. The windows are high from the ground level, at the rear of the building - with restricted access, so mechanical lifts are not an option. Scaffolding or safety ladders essential, likely a two-person job. Paint supplied.

One window is high up from uneven ground (4m) - 3 Doors - Weatherboard around entrances, 1x window and below balcony - 2x Eaves above entrances - Balcony ceiling and balustrades - Carport and fencing around carport and entrance - Approx 15m2 section on flat roof - The bungalow Fascias not in scope as will be covered with colorbond. Some prep required: scraping some flaking paint/filler No painting of brick. Attention to detail important. Paint will be provided or negotiated separately. The wallpaper I have is a ‘past the wall’ non-woven kind, and the maker recommends using ROMAN PRO – 880 ultra clear strippable wallpaper adhesive. it's also a ... Hello I require the front of this house to be repainted not the windows. The front of the house has some slight damage caused by a ladder scraping down the front of the house those marks will have to be sanded out prior to painting.
