Scope of works Exterior paint - Two coats of Dulux Weathershield - 12x windows of varying sizes. One window is high up from uneven ground (4m) - 3 Doors - Weatherboard around entrances, 1x window and below balcony - 2x Eaves above entrances - Balcony ceiling and balustrades - Carport and fencing around carport and entrance - Approx 15m2 section on flat roof - The bungalow Fascias not in scope as will be covered with colorbond. Some prep required: scraping some flaking paint/filler No painting of brick. Attention to detail important. Paint will be provided or negotiated separately.
