Already painted white and do not require sanding. • Double sliding door frame: Some visible staining/discolouration that needs appropriate preparation and repainting to achieve a consistent white finish. • Skirting boards: Touch up existing white paintwork throughout the lounge, dining and entry areas, bedroom corridor, small toilet skirting and trims. - front door painting and window pane - ceiling stain repair in kitchen - paint kitchen window frame • TV wall: Repair and plaster areas as required, ensuring a smooth finish ready for painting. • Lounge walls: Apply two coats of Casper White. Walls are already white but need refreshing for a clean, consistent finish. Requirements: • Experienced painter with strong attention to detail. • Professional, neat finish, particularly around trims and edges. • Protect flooring, furniture and surrounding areas. • Bring own tools and equipment. • Clean up after completing the work. I want a local skilled painter to paint part of my eaves and fascia. The length of eaves are around 25 meters, and the width is around 40 cm. 1- I will supply the paint 2- The eaves are brand new but the most part of the fascia is old. In some area the paint on the fascia is peeling or flaking and you need to partly remove the old paint before applying new one. 3- Some areas above the windows need gap filler 4- There is no asbestos in the area that you will work. A few hours ago, someone tricked me with a fake price, so please do not offer if you are not committed to honour it or if you want to trick Airtasker to not pay their share

Need to patch up a ceiling and touch up paint hole about 500mm x 600mm

Hi, I have a retaining wall that requires painting. It is around 46m long. Mostly 1-1.2m high. Made from timber sleepers and steel H Beam. The top of the retaining wall will require painting. In very limited areas the back of the retaining wall will require some paint but this is not much. I suggest this colour: Monument Paint type timber: Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen Steel: Etch Primer.
