Paint on ceiling has discoloured after water damage

Needing someone to spray paint my fence. Approx 8 metres and only one side shown in picture. Preferably someone with experience.

Black marks appeared on bathroom walls need to be removed. Not too bad ;only in a couple of places.

Looking to have the walls painted, the bottom of the second level painted or sprayed (whichever works) Don’t need the second level done. We will provide paint. Hi there. I’m interested in painting my walls from the current light brown they are to white in colour in my bedroom. On one of my walls I have wallpaper up which would also need to be removed and there would be some tiny holes that would need to be filled in or plastered under the wallpaper from where nails once were to hang paintings. Would like an experienced painter/plasterer.
