Needing the mouldy plaster cut out of ceiling and patched/painted. Paint will be supplied

A small hole in a ceiling (from a previous light fitting being there) needs to be patched and painted. Paint colour is likely to be Calcium colour. This hole is close to where our new light fixture is so need to be careful dust and paint doesn't go onto new chandelier type light. Located in Wantirna. We don't have ceiling paint but just need something close enough to current colour so it's not so noticeable.

Paint 2 walls which has small 3 patches of paint chip off and small dent less than 1 cm

There is a hole above the stairs which needs to be patched and painted. Needs to be invoiced as well

There are some gaps on my external walls. The interior wall is resulted from wasp damage.

There's a 15cm hole and 15cm crack in the plaster half way up the stairs. It's painted white. It needs to be unnoticeable. Thanks

Need to frame up wall, plastering it, stopping the plaster, sanding and applying top-quote along with matching up the cornice along with painting. 3rd room and study has two seperate entry door from inside there is no partition wall hence thinking of doing this plaster wall so it can be two separate room. Paint the house internally, total size of house is 110m2. Both ceiling and walls same colour. Remove carpet and Lay floorboards in three bedrooms and hallway. (40m2) We will supply floorboards and paint.

Paint two small bedrooms - some holes and patching required as well. Walls, cornice, skirting boards and door frames painted (excluding window and wardrobe frames)
