I have about 15m x 3m of pine plinths to paint on the exterior of my house. Can be quite rough, with a sprayer would be a lot quicker and only need one to two coats! Paint supplied.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint newly installed James Hardie Axon exterior cladding in Colorbond Midnight Sky. The cladding is installed on two prominent architectural features at the front of our home, as shown in the photos. Given their visibility, we’re looking for a high-quality, professional finish, with particular attention to preparation and detailing. Getting a new door installed on 22 October that we need painted in Dulux Monument (paint can be provided by us if needed). Preferably painted on 23 October but can be a day or two later. Door will have glass panes and size is 2340H x 1020W x 40mm. Door will have hardware.

I need the painted exterior areas around three upstairs dormer windows prepared and repainted. We are repainting the outside of the house bit by bit, and these three dormers are the next section to be completed. The aluminium window frames themselves do not need painting. I have already purchased the Dulux Weathershield paint for the job: • Beige Royal Quarter for the main dormer surfaces • Natural White for the white trim/bargeboards/fascia The job will need proper preparation including cleaning/pressure washing, scraping and sanding where required, minor filling/sealing, primer where needed, and a minimum of two full finishing coats with appropriate drying time. The main challenge is access. The three dormers are above a sloping tiled roof and there are overhead service lines visible at the front of the property. I’m looking for an experienced exterior painter who can work out a safe and suitable access method for the job. I will supply the finishing paint. Please include any access equipment/hire required in your offer. When making an offer, please let me know how you expect to access the dormers and approximately how many days you think the job will take. I’m happy to pay a fair price for the right person. Proper preparation and a good lasting finish are what I’m after.

Require a tradesperson to do the following works on our external front house steps: - Strip remaining (old) paint off our front entry steps (NOTE: I already started stripping old paint but ran out of paint stripper, so most of this work is already done). - Fill side steps cracks - I have cement and Hydrocrete (OPTIONAL) - Prepare area for new paint works. - Coat of primer / sealant to prepare for painting. We will do the final cost of painting work ourselves. Photos attached for reference. We have a steel ballustrade affixed to concrete to be mindful of.

Sand, prep and paint all window exterior frames in same colour as current. Preferably a qualified painter to complete. Will purchase paint after quantity needed is determined.

House facade needs painting

Paint the trims on my brick home. Everything currently brown needs to be painted in Dulux Monument. House is 3 bedroom single storey - slight slope on land so one side is higher but can be reached with ladder from ground. Includes approx 8 large windows (some shown in pictures) and gutters and posts on front porch. You will need to supply all materials - I will supply the paint.

Need the exterior of my timber windows painted I have the paint. 2 coats

We have done most of the exterior painting of our house but need to paint the guttering and fascia as it’s too high for me due to a fear of heights. It’s a standard 3 bed weatherboard house. It’ll need a quick clean before painting too. We will provide the paint. See details below. Fascia: no need to scrape or sand, only cleaning required before painting. Spouting: cleaning required to remove the grime before painting. Down pipes (x4): minimal cleaning required, but masking may be required before painting. Height: single story house, elevated in parts. Some sections are too high for me to reach with a 3.7m ladder.

Need 54 metres of gutters to be painted and on double story house. Two coats required 5.5m in height. I have 6 metre ladders if required Also need 20 metres of external eaves (2 coats)to be painted and cutting in on eaves for 54 metres. I have already painted the other 34 metres of the body of the eaves. Was unable to do the cutting in on eaves as I am not good at that height. Looking for someone to do a small paint job. About 12 metres of eaves, barge board and gutter… as well as 2 downpipe. All in same colour. Will need cleaning before painting. no undercoat needed. We provide paint for 2 coats… a dark grey. I can provide ladder … all on ground floor… in Upwey on flat block. Some painting experience required.
