Looking for an experienced painter to touch up and repaint the interior walls of my 2 bedroom apartment in Preston. The place is completely empty, so you'll have a clear run at it with no furniture to work around. What needs doing: -Walls only. living/dining, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, entry, hallway -Ceilings are not included -Light prep: minor patching and filling where needed -Skirtings and door frames — touch-up only where marked -Standard neutral white/off-white -Clean up of area under the sink of one bathroom The apartment is in good condition overall. It's mostly scuff marks and general wear rather than anything major, so this is a refresh rather than a full restoration. Bathrooms are fully tiled and don't need painting. Good to know: -Vacant, level 3, lift access -Secure building -Car space available if you need somewhere to park -Photos before and after would be appreciated What I'm after: -Your quote and roughly how long you'd need -Whether the price includes paint and materials, or if that's separate -Photos of similar work welcome Happy to answer any questions. We touched up some of the paint in our house and unfortunately our rental agency did not find it up to scratch. There are very few spots to touch up, and to a trained professional, this shouldn't take more than 30 minutes at best we think. We have attached all the possible places that we will need to repaint. If you look closely, you will see that there is a difference in the whiteness of the colour.

Hi! I am looking for someone to help with painting a 2 bedroom apartment in Preston. Please note that as this is just to refresh the property, only one coat of top coat the same colour as existing is required. Included in scope are the skirtings, door frames, 3 x internal doors but does not include the ceiling, except for a small section around a new access hatch. Minimal painting of bathroom walls required, approx 300mm between tiles and ceiling. Floor plan attached. I will supply the paint.
