Balcony is getting fixed Tiles are getting ripped up Tiler has left me know last minute he can’t screed the job has his busy This is for a job I have taken on So I am looking for someone with experience to screed a balcony before tiles

I'm a home owner and looking for a Concrete Screeder and Finisher (or quote for entire job) for a patio floor around side of house. Job is in Heidelberg and is approx 10m × 2m, 70 to 100mm deep with outside plinth. Site will be clean, formwork and Base are already done. Concrete will be barrowed from front of house to around side. See attached photos.

Our balcony is leaking water to the balcony below and the plumber said we need a section of tiles regrouted. It might need to be done in sections because we have some very large terracotta pots that cannot easily be moved. Some tiles are cracked but I think we have some spares in the garage if they need to be replaced. Happy to change price up or down depending on how much work you need to do. ADDED INFO 7/03/2025: The whole balcony is about 14 m2 I think, but most of it's under cover and doesn't seem to have damaged grout. It's a strip of about 0.5-1.5 m from the edge that's the problem, to a total of about 6m2. But again, I'm happy to change the price up or down based on the amount of work required, and we'll go by your assessment of how much actually does need to be replaced. If it's the whole balcony that's fine, we were just hoping to get away with doing a little less if it will fix the leak, even if it looks a bit less even overall.

Tiles supplied for 3.3m x 2.2m room. Slab prepared and ready, no fall required or drain. You need to quote to lay tiles and cut where necessary. You will need to supply and fit two stainless steel edges that connect to other rooms. You must supply grout and any other products. Sauna will get to 90degrees so alternative to glue.
