Looking for an experienced tradesperson to complete floor screeding and waterproofing for a bathroom renovation in Thornbury. LABOUR ONLY Scope of works: 1. Floor screeding – approx. 6 m² Supply and install suitable cementitious floor screed to approximately 6 m² of bathroom floor. Form correct falls towards the shower waste, with a minimum fall of 1:80 within the shower area, subject to site conditions and applicable requirements. Allow appropriate curing time before waterproofing. 2. Waterproofing Supply and apply a compliant waterproofing membrane system to the bathroom floor and required wet-area walls. Apply a minimum of two coats, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Include all necessary primers, bond breakers, reinforcement and detailing around floor wastes, wall/floor junctions, corners and plumbing penetrations. Complete waterproofing in accordance with applicable Australian Standards (AS 3740) and Victorian requirements. Provide waterproofing compliance documentation and details of the products used. Other details Bathroom is being renovated and has been prepared for screeding and waterproofing. Floor and wall tiling will be completed separately. Please only quote LABOUR here. Brand new toilet and needs tiles to be installed as a splash back and put the mirror after. Please see attached photo of toilet thats how i want to be done.Tiles and mirror are on the site. Wall does not have any electric switch so it make it easier to install.

Hello, The shower-tiles in my bathroom are worse for wear. Its a rental and the landlord has just put stick on tiles over the existing tiles (which are peeling off and impossible to clean). I want to retile the whole area, including the tap-area which are currently not tiled.

I have some brown stained watermarks coming through the ceiling of my front bedroom - there appears to be a very slow leak coming in from somewhere. I just need a roofer to come and replace, repair or reposition some terracotta tiles where some rain is obviously getting in. It is not the whole area of the bedroom (see pic attached - inset from front window). I would appreciate some assistance please. This afternoon or Wednesday from 10.30am to 2pm would be great. 2 kitchen tiles need to be removed, so 4 need to be installed. 2 of them though the surface underneath needs to be filled and levelled not much more then 10mm.

Require re-grouting and re-silicon 2x showers. 1x single shower: - remove existing grout, then re-grout shower with epoxy grout (floor and 2x standard walls) - remove silicone and re-silicone inside and outside of shower 1x double shower: - remove existing grout and re-grout shower with epoxy grout (floor and first layer of walls) - Clean and seal the rest of the existing grout on walls (2x standard and 1x double wall) - remove existing silicone and re-silicone inside and outside of shower Plus: - Re-seal / silicone around drain and taps etc. - Match grout colour as best as possible

Small toilet 1x2.5m roughly needs tiling. I have the 500x500mm tiles already.
