We have sandstone tiles in our courtyard that due to ageing, is starting to crack. We need surface cosmetic repairs before we put our property on the market for sale. Photos are just a couple of spots. about 10 areas like the photos that need repair

Please grout the cracks for tiles in a similar color to the tile , about 10 tiles that have cracks. Most of them just one or two small cracks.
