Single story house. Install about 8 LED down lights in bedrooms & living room with 1 new switch per 2 down lights. Install 2-3 indoor & 1 outdoor power-points. I already have switches & outdoor power-point. If possible, I need help to install TV wall mount in bedroom for 40” tv. Already purchased wall mount.

I have: - 26 x 70mm hardwired downlights that need to be replaced with IC4 plug-in tricolor dimmable. - 3 x hardwired smoke alarms that need replacing. - 1 x light switch to upgrade to LED dimmer switch. The lights are in a mixture of hallway and open plan area, so any advice or flexibility with beam angle appreciated. If possible, let me know the downlight models in the quote. Edit: - 92mm or 70mm acceptable - mention which in quote. - Attached pic of switch to replace - doesn't need to match exactly - Limited roof access due to air-con ducting and location of ground floor lights in relation to upper story rooms.

When wall heater was installed, the installers broke one powerpoint when attempting to open it and then replaced with single as they didn't have double. 3. 2 separate 3 Bed rented houses require an electrical safety check in accordance with section 4 of AS/NZS 3019:2022 “Electrical installations—Periodic assessment”, and a smoke detector check. One house is in Viewbank 3084, and had a complete wiring update and check in 2022. This house needs checking before the 25th Feb. The other house is in Alphington 3078 and had a new switchboard in 2012, but has not had an electrical check yet under the new regulations. Tenant details will be provided to gain access.
