I have a 60cm Chandelier that I'd like to have put above my kitchen table. It would require the timber in roof & want it to run on its own switch.. I have two down lights on either side to where | want the light. I want to covet a switch board having one switch for light to a switchboard having two plugs in it for connecting washing machine and a fridge.

Install 3 x supplied Gimbal 90mm led downlights, including black wall switch and black led dimmer switch (not supplied but I can buy if needed). Downlights are new install. 2. Install 1 x Oyster led light fitting to kitchen - currently has batten light fitting. 4. Install 1 x Oyster led light fitting to hallway - currently has batten light fitting. 5. Install 3 x Pendant lights over Kitchen bench - they currently have pendants in them so need to remove and replace with new Pendants. Had to put something for budget so just put $50 in there.
