I need a skilled and professional plasterer or handyman to close my walls and ceiling vents and repair the areas for a seamless finish. The goal is to make it look like the vents were never there. We have a total of 14 vents that need to be professionally closed up. 1) 12x Wall Vents:** Measuring approximately 20 cm x 10.5 cm 2) 2x Larger Vents/Ceiling Fixtures:** Measuring approximately 28.5 cm x 28.5 cm wall vents - The holes filled, plastered, sanded, and finished to be perfectly flush with the existing wall. Ceiling Repair -This entire area needs to be properly repaired, plastered, sanded, and finished to match the rest of the ceiling. Note -The finished work must be of a very high professional standard. The repaired areas should blend seamlessly with the existing walls and ceiling, ready for me to paint.Please ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy, and all debris is removed upon completion.

I would like an experienced person to remove 5 of these plaster surrounds of ceiling lights, which appear to be screwed in and may also be glued. I want them removed and if the ceiling needs patching, to do so. [I also will ask for a quote to repair a wall, where previous owners removed a heater about 25 years ago and may have patched it themselves - as it now needs professional repair. That is better seen in person - so budget mentioned is just for this removal of surrounds.

Hi, I am looking for an experienced carpenter/builder to fully enclose an existing brick archway between two rooms and install a standard internal door. Scope of works: * Build a timber frame within the existing brick arch opening * Install plasterboard (gyprock) on both sides of the new wall * Set joints, patch and sand ready for painting * Supply and install a standard internal hinged door, door frame, handle and hardware * Paint both sides of the new wall and door to match the existing interior colour as closely as possible * Leave the area clean and remove all rubbish

Repair or replace plaster - 800 x 600mm. The original plaster has been temporarily reinstated after removing wall aircon unit. Not sure if this can be used or the panel replaced. To be prepared to paint.

Hey there recently got a new robe for out and require a patch/fill paint of the plaster behind see photos.

1. Garage Ceiling is sagging in a few places. Need a Plasterer to have a look and fix as necessary. 2. The house will be rented from Oct-25. Not looking to replace the entire Garage ceiling. Wouldn't mind getting a quote for full replacement if that is beneficial for long term.

Have had several light fitting replacements and have several ceiling holes in plaster to repair. Then while im at it 2 x wall repairs as well. The ones in the kitchen are high profile, so need a pro clean job sanded back.

Remove kitchen splashback tile and make good the plasterboard behind.

Shower wall needs to be checked to see there is any water leaking. Also the wall skirting board next to shower door is too wet and damaged. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 1 September 2023
