The work includes: * Patching several holes in walls and ceilings following electrical work (power points, switches and downlights) * Patching larger openings left after removal of an old wall heater * Repairing/replacing a small section of damaged cornice * Patching and finishing all other areas shown in the attached photos All repaired areas need to be properly plastered and sanded smooth, ready for painting. Hi, I am looking for an experienced carpenter/builder to fully enclose an existing brick archway between two rooms and install a standard internal door. Scope of works: * Build a timber frame within the existing brick arch opening * Install plasterboard (gyprock) on both sides of the new wall * Set joints, patch and sand ready for painting * Supply and install a standard internal hinged door, door frame, handle and hardware * Paint both sides of the new wall and door to match the existing interior colour as closely as possible * Leave the area clean and remove all rubbish

Repair or replace plaster - 800 x 600mm. The original plaster has been temporarily reinstated after removing wall aircon unit. Not sure if this can be used or the panel replaced. To be prepared to paint.

Hey there recently got a new robe for out and require a patch/fill paint of the plaster behind see photos.

1. Garage Ceiling is sagging in a few places. Need a Plasterer to have a look and fix as necessary. 2. The house will be rented from Oct-25. Not looking to replace the entire Garage ceiling. Wouldn't mind getting a quote for full replacement if that is beneficial for long term.

Need plaster wall and ceiling for ensuite, WIR and Laundry Ensuite tiling will be floor to ceiling. Need to install battens for Ensuite and WIR Plaster on site

Have had several light fitting replacements and have several ceiling holes in plaster to repair. Then while im at it 2 x wall repairs as well. The ones in the kitchen are high profile, so need a pro clean job sanded back.

Remove kitchen splashback tile and make good the plasterboard behind.

Shower wall needs to be checked to see there is any water leaking. Also the wall skirting board next to shower door is too wet and damaged. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 1 September 2023

Removal and disposal of L-shaped wall as attached. These are not structural walls and were installed by us. Size is 2.4*2.7 m and 1.7*2.7m Plaster and paint (water-based) of removed places to match the rest of the house. Adjustment and installation of skirting boards and ceiling cornices and paint in the removed places. (2* 15 cm, where walls are attached to the original walls). The removed skirting boards and ceiling cornices can be used as materials. Filling the floor (for those nailed places) with a suitable material. Work can be commenced after 20th October and preferably during that week or the week after. - Due date: On 28 October 2022
