I have a damp issue affecting an internal plaster wall in my garage (brick exterior wall). The middle section of the plaster has been damaged – it is soft, and can be pushed in by hand. I checked today while there was no rain, and I noticed that a drop of water is dripping from the gutter corner above the brick wall approximately every 40 seconds. External wall is brick. Internal finish is plaste I need an experienced licensed plumber to: * Identify the source of moisture * Recommend proper repair method (not just patching plaster) * Carry out repair if qualified * make a report in case needed Only experienced tradespeople in damp issues / brick / waterproofing / plaster systems please.

My dog thought it'd be a good idea to chew my wall and architrave when she was a puppy. I don't have the skill set to fix this. It's approximately 60 cm of wall and 30ish cm of architrave that needs fixing.
