Need two holes plastered were the existing down lights use to be prior to getting ceiling fans installed

Two studio spaces need to be plastered before the end of the month. 4.5 x 8 meters. Height 2.7 meters. The room will be divided by a stud wall. Insulated. Happy to take advice on the plastering of the ceiling.

Fix up holes in wall / replaster

I need a small plastering job done urgently before painters arrive in 2 days. The corner joint between two walls has damaged plaster and exposed mesh tape (approx. 30–40 cm area down to skirting). Needs to be scraped back, re-taped, patched, skim coated and sanded smooth ready for painting. Looking for someone experienced with plaster/gyprock repairs who can complete the job quickly (preferably using fast-setting compound so it’s ready in time).

I need in my bedroom ceiling a manhole with a door so I can access between the ceiling and the roof. Also there is damage that needs to be repaired around the fan to the plaster. There’s also damage from steam to the ceiling that needs repairing and painting. It appears to be too tight to have a manhole in the en-suite as pictured

Install gorilla attic ladder in hallway. Remove and plaster man hole and vent from bathroom ceiling. Ready to paint.

We need a ceiling hole plastered (patch and sanding - no painting).

We have remove internal wall of walk in robe and need ceiling plastered and need one internal door moved and another internal door boarded up/plastered. Ceiling plastering 2550 x 150 1600 x 150 Doors = Standard 2040 x 820 Can reuse existing door frame and door supplied.

The ceiling in this bedroom was damaged by water leak from broken roof tile. Tiles have been replaced and leak fixed. Need handyman to check ceiling, reinforce and cut out damaged area and supply plaster sheet and plaster to finish job ready for paint . Good access to ceiling and house is single story.

To reattach plasterboard cut out back into the wall. Measurements are 57cm x 48cm. And also repaint the plaster work section.

Need to hang 8 hooks into studs through plaster ceiling for me to hang some floating sound absorbtion panels from. I have all the hooks and pre - drill bits for them, just don’t want to risk missing the studs through the roof, or hitting a wire so would prefer to get it done. Probably take someone 20 minutes to do. Real easy, quick job.

We need 4 x ceiling holes plastered (patch and sanding - no painting). 3 x holes are due to fan installation - see photos. 1 x hole is due to water damage from a leaking shower tap from the floor above.

Plastering a 2.6x1.5m wall around 3 floating shelves. Marking on the wall is where the shelves will be installed. Will roughly remove the plaster around it. Ready for plaster by Friday - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 26 January 2024
