We need 2 ceilings plastered, stopped and painted. Include supplies / material in the quote. Room 1 dimentions - 3.1x3.7m Room 2 dimentions - 6.7x3.35m Ceiling is a floating slab. Will need to navigate some penetrations. Electrical will be done. There are existing battons from previous acoustic tiles still in 1 room. When you quote, please let me know if these should stay or be removed. Ignore the budget - just quote what it costs.

Seems to have been plastered to cover up a square hole in the wall. Great to have this section re-done and smoothed out so it's not noticeable!

There's a big crack in the plaster of the wall between my unit and the next. I'd like the whole wall replastered and sound insulation put in the wall at the same time. The wall is approximately W425cm H240cm. It would be better if you could paint the wall too.

Hi, I'm looking for an electrician to move a light switch to a different wall in preparation for that non-load bearing wall to be removed. There seems not to be enough slack in the wire in the roof for the plasterers to drop it in it without disconnecting/extending. I'll cut the plaster in any way needed to move the switch, and then the builders will come in and clean it up after the point is moved so they have a clear run to do the wall removal and plastering in one day. If there is an easier place for the light switch to be im flexible just cant be on the wall that's going. Pic attached, let me know if you have any questions. 2 storey town house.

Need a smallish hole in drywall repaired, about 5cm x 12cm in size where a person slipped on the stairs and accidentally kicked the wall. Hole is near the skirting. - Due date: Flexible
