I'm looking for someone to reinstall my existing front metal pedestrian gate after new concrete has been poured. The gate was removed to allow the concreting works to be completed. Because the new footpath has a slightly different finished level, the gate will need to be adjusted and rehung so that it: - Opens and closes smoothly - Has adequate clearance over the new concrete - Is level and aligned with the brick pillars - Latches securely The existing hinges, latch and gate will all be reused if possible. The job may require minor adjustment of the hinge position or hardware to suit the new levels. Photos of the gate before removal and the current opening are attached. Location: Hawthorn VIC Preferred date: Friday (this week), ideally after the concrete has had a few days to cure. Please note: The concrete was poured on Wednesday and will have been exposed on Thursday, so care will be needed to avoid damaging the newly finished surface while reinstalling the gate.

The side fence needs new nails or similar to reinforce where planks are coming apart. The trellis is also coming away in a few places so needs reattaching. I'm assuming the job will take less than 2 hours.

The side fence was replaced and the gate is no longer aligned, it cannot be closed properly, the gate or hopefully just the latch needs re-alignment. Should probably only take a few minutes for someone with the skills and tools.

I need assistance replacing the rotten wood and re-hanging a gate that has collapsed. The wood on each side of the gate that is attached to the fence and the house is completely rotten and needs replacing and re-attaching. The gate will then need to be re-hung and aligned. The gate and each bit of wood that it is attached to are approximately 210cm tall.

Wood paling fence needs to be removed and replaced and old fence disposed of. Length 10 meters hight 1.8 meters. We will require an invoice once the job is complete.

Hi. We need to get a side and rear fence replaced. About 25m all up. Looking for standard 2100 timber fence in decent concrete footings, with treated pine or equivalent and good workmanship. Will be seeking a couple of recent references. Have closed out replacement with both neighbours. * edit. We also will need existing fence removed and disposed of. Removing a lot of vegetation on the fences in the photos (including the trees) early next week so good to go from them and the sooner the better as next door house is rented but vacant from next week. Access will be walking material down the side of the house. Off steet parking available but not driveway.
