Hello, We are seeking quotes to build a new fence that will attach to the existing fence left. There is a cement slab built to our boundary on a neighbouring property. We would like to ideally build on top of this slab. The approximate new fence length required is 18 metres long and standard ~1.9 metre fence height. We are flexible with timing. One of gate posts has detached from the fence where it was attached to a rail and the rail has deteriorated. Not looking to replace the fence - just the rail and likely the next one down at the same time, put in a new post and secure the new cross bar and existing gate post to it. To cover an existing side fence in lattice, with the lattice extending above the existing fence to about 1st story height (if possible). Lattice will need to be attached to existing fence and brick wall. It will need to be cut to accomodate a bench seat that abbuts the existing fence.
