Twin houses separate titles back yard fence has been taken down because of renovation extension and they have over passed the boundary line with their costruction. On the above google foto you see the fence between the two properties in the back yard which now has been clearly replaced with next door construction which is not are fence.

Lattice needs to be replaced on back fence after being blown out. Job requires purchase of new lattice (or other boarding) and fixings - material costs reimbursed separately.

Our property is on a main road and we are readying the property for sale. Our current front fence is dilapidated and damaged and we would like to repair existing or replace with new colorbond or aluminium slat fence. The fence measures 14m in total. We would like a manual gate for the driveway (~3.5m wide). The fence will be 1.5m high to avoid the need for a building permit. We would like to see if anyone can finish the work on or before Monday 14/7 due to sale timelines. See photos.

The city council has mandated me to install a new gate. I want to compliant but also do not want to spend enormous amount of money. At a high-level, the gate has to suitable to prevent pool access (at least 1.2 metre high, open away from the pool, auto latch to close etc). I can provide more details of course when contacted.

A standard lapped paling fence. There are two supporting posts (1900 high x 125mm deep x 80 mm across) that are starting to rot at the bottom. I’d prefer to have that repaired rather than replace the post. There are also some thin strips at the bottom between the fence and the pavers that need replacing (circa 50mm x 1550mm and 60mm x 2670mm). Screws holding the gate to the brick fence have gotten loose

I have a fence near my pool. The pool inspector has said that I need to cover the top two rails of the fence with a 60- degree chamfer OR double pale the fence. Essentially, I need to ensure there are no climbable rails on the boundary fence within the 900mm diameter non-climbable zone. The pictures and "ask" from the council is attached.
