I need a quote that outlines material and the job as it is being paid for by the building company that has replaced our fences. The job is attaching an existing fence to the brick fence, replacing the dodgy wood already put on and generally making it look better. I have no idea how much it will cost, the $500 stated is a random amount.

A wooden outdoor gate in a standard wooden fence has a metal frame. The top hinge (and the metal frame) has rusted to the point where the hinge was not moving. One side of the hinge is welded to the metal frame of the gate and the other is screwed to the fence. The part which is screwed to the fence ripped away from the fence beam. A new standard metal frame and hinges are needed to replace the current gate in the fence.
