Swimming pool fence gate doesn't close smoothly. We think one of the glass fence panels may have shifted slightly. Some of the bolts holding the panel in place are seized up. We want a solution so that the fence and gate remain legally compliant and safe, but the gate closes readily.

I need a handyman to replace the broken steel gate latch ASAP(have dogs and will get out) Most likely the weight of the gate over the a period time has put on a lot of pressure on the latch.
