I have a storage hot water system in the garage with a relief valve that currently discharges into a catch tray. The tray overflows, causing water pooling and minor wall damage. I need a licensed plumber to extend or redirect the discharge pipe to a compliant drain point. After redirecting the discharge, please also clean and dry the catch tray and surrounding area so no residual water or debris remains. The hot water system itself is operating normally. I had a problem with the hot water in the bathroom, the water in the bathroom wasn't hot enough, but the water in the kitchen was really hot, probably a problem with the 3-way water valve. I touched the hot water delivery pipes and felt that the water was hot in the pipes to the kitchen but not hot in the pipes to the bathroom. - Due date: Flexible
