I have a problem with a sliding kitchen door getting jammed. The location is a unit in Willoughby. The tenants can get the door back on the tracks but it’s not moving smoothly and seems to get caught in a different spot every time, but most often at either end of the range. A photo is attached. Door frame size is 8150mmx2040mm, need to adjust the size to fit, will supply door pane size: 820mmx2040mm, hinge and handle.

This is end of a linen cupboard. The end has a board door and behind it should be a void area. I want to remove this board.
