Gate attachment to brick wall has failed and needs fixing. Maybe larger bolt or some mortar into brick. Gate is like a pool gate, but not near a pool. Gate is OK, just needs anchoring at top. Bottom anchor seems OK, but may also need replacing. Gate must be positioned so that latch engages on other side when closed.

I have existing brickwall for infront of a apartment complex which will be removed by owner. 35 metres long and 1 metre high. I will need cost of timber or aluminium inside out vertical fencing style as shown in photos.im happy for a square metre rate/lineal metre as at this stage its just cost and pricing to see if its worth going for timber or Aluminium.
