2.2m x 2.2 m x 100mm, reinforced concrete slab for a spa laid close to flush with ground. Spa is 2mx2m so will cover most of the slab. Ground is relatively level, soil is sandy and so I'm expecting that roadbase/sand needed under the slab. Access to the backyard is via rare street access. 2 steps down into yard, rear gate should be good enough for wheel barrow access (see pictures).
