Job includes: * Removing 11 frameless glass fence panels * Unscrewing and removing base plate spigots/feet * Carefully carrying and storing all panels and hardware on site a few metres away * Handling glass safely without chips or damage * Leaving area clean and tidy afterwards

I require a glass gate to be relocated from one place to another. Gate is the right size for its new location. Gate hinges can just be screwed to existing metal glass fence post, However, the gate may need a small wooden batten for the bolt to go into. The gate may also potentially need a new bolt/lock mechanism.

Fencing is loose, which needs to be reconnected. Because the fencing is on a cliff, immediate repair is needed.

13m of cyclone fencing, including two gates, installed over uneven ground. 2 metres high with top rail, similar to existing fence. Preferably with matching green plastic coated chain wire, but this is not essential. Fence extends circa 13 metres from existing fence (as shown in the photos) to the rock face parallel with the top of the timber stairs (also shown in photos). One large pedestrian gate (900mm) allowing access from the main concrete landing where the steel handrail thickness thins. One additional pedestrian gate (600mm) approx 1 metre from the top of the fence. The bottom of the chain wire will need to be close to the ground so as to prevent chickens escaping. Need to inspect prior to quoting.

Timber fence is not high enough and doesn't meet pool fence requirements. Existing timber top rail to be replaced with new toprail + 100m stud + additional toprail. Refer specification. Easily accessible from rear lane. Quotation to include for supply and fix of new timber section, all fixings and cart away of existing top rail. Total run = 16 liner metre approx.

Boundary fence remove and replace new ensuring pool compliance at rear of property. Length is about 46 m. I will need 2.1 high for pool area which is about 10m then the rest can be say 1.8. I'm on the higher side of boundary so I could go to 2.1 if neighbour and dividing fence act allows that. Our glass pool fence is fixed into a timber deck. The gates automatic closing mechanism ( bottom of gate and appears hydraulic) is not shutting the gate; and the gate seems slightly misaligned to the rest of the fence so it is not locking. - Due date: Flexible
