Looking for an experienced contractor to install pavers over pedestal pods at a private residence in Dee Why, covering 5–6 areas totaling 175–200 m². The installer should have experience with residential paving, be able to provide a neat, level, and high-quality finish, and supply their own tools and equipment. Work is scheduled to start on 1st March. Quotes and examples of similar past projects are requested.

Looking to lay a 210cm by 210cm concrete slab or paving. The site isn't level so would require building to a level.

Power wash outdoor pavers in garden and small driveway

I need travertine pavers laid in French style to finish off a small courtyard area (approx 6 x 1 metres). Previously a garden bed, now removed, so extending paved area to plants (see photo). Some existing pavers have cracked during works and need replacing. Pavers are on site. Ground needs some levelling prior to laying.

Pavers and astro turf have been lifted - need soil and sand levelled please - then pavers to be relaid 2m square area - pavers 400 x 400

The task is for an experienced tradesperson to lay paving on top of road base/sand after leveling/sloping it in a pre-dug area ~ 1600m below the end paving line. Total area is ~35m2 Part 1 - Paving across the front of the house and around the eastern corner of the house to connect to existing concrete path (1m around corner). The paving area will meet the driveway on the western side, which will be slightly higher so a subtle slope needs considering in the first pavers on that side. Width of paving area = ~13m. Drains will be pre installed partially against the front of the eastern side of the house, wrapping around the corner to the desired level of the paving. A flower bed on the front eastern side will need to be considered too. Depth of paving = 3 pavers (sideways laid paving = 1600m + 100m for drainage = 1700mm). Part 2 - 900m wide path will connect to the eastern side and run 15m up to the road. An 8m sloping path will need to meet and run centrally within a 1m wide gate. Gradual steps to be built and paved up to road (7.5m). Gap required in between this path and driveway. Gap required as path will run straight vs the unstaight driveway. The gap will be filled with pebbles (supplied). The paving (600mm x 400mm sandblasted travertine), road base and sand will be onsite and accessible. I will be on-site throughout and be available to labour. I am fit but not skilled in trade. Part 1 can start now. Part 2 early May post fence/gate installation. See pics.
