Kitchen Window Timber Repair & Window Adjustment (expect quote to include labour and parts) Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to: * Inspect and repair timber rot to internal kitchen window sill/frame above sink. * Remove any soft or damaged timber and repair/rebuild affected sections. * Sand, prime and repaint repaired timber. * Remove old sealant and apply new waterproof silicone/sealant around window frame and benchtop junction. * Investigate and fix window that is currently stuck and difficult to open (possibly due to timber swelling, warping or paint build-up). * Adjust, plane or lubricate window as required so it opens and closes properly. * Check for any signs of water ingress and recommend any additional repairs if required. Location: Freshwater. I will provide this piece. - Cut both sheets: From each sheet, cut one piece measuring 1900mm x 700mm. - Drill holes: Drill holes at specific points in both pieces. I will provide a template or measurements for the drilling. - Deliver cut and drilled plywood: Final drop-off location is Brookvale. Requirements: - Access to tools for cutting and drilling plywood (circular saw or table saw, drill). - Vehicle capable of transporting full-size sheets of plywood (2400 x 1200mm). - Experience with carpentry/woodworking preferred to ensure accurate cuts and drilling.
