I have a glass door leading out to the patio. It’s a basic rendered concrete box around the door. I’d like a wooden door frame installed. Same with our bedroom door and the two windows in our bedroom. There are no window sills or window surrounds in timber and I would like that from an interior design point of view. To finish it off.

We need 5cm cut off the top (length-wise) of a metal box. (In the attached images, there is a red line indicating the cut) The material to be cut is about 1mm thick. The metal box weighs about 60kg (2 people can lift it), and the size is 192 x 53 x 40cm. It could be cut on-site (if you bring the right equipment); we could put it on a table for you. Alternatively, we can transport it to/from you. After cutting, we can file down any sharp edges; hopefully your work will not be too choppy, but it doesn't have to be 100% neat.
