We would like to modify the doors of our laundry as the washing machine and dryer we have are bigger and stick out. We have 2 floor to Celina doors that we would need to cut to cover everything else and leave the washing machine and dryer uncovered.

106 cm height x 69cm width x 2.8cm thick. Needs hinges attached to shutter and widow frame.

Oil stain the decking. We have the oil and brushes here already. Just need the oil put down, one to two light coats I’d say. Approximately 70 square meters. Must be done after a day of no rain and not when raining. Deck needs to be dry for the oil to be absorbed.

Outdoor timber door needs installing. Flexible with date and time.

Remove and replace just under 42sq metres of timber decking, just the decking timber, the joists and bearers and posts are fine, easy access should be a straight forward job, no steps or weird angles.

Need a window installed ( first the space for window needs to be cut through masonry ) and cupboards removed ready for new floors and built ins to be installed. Also need the piece of wood that separates the bedroom from the rest of the space replaced due to white ant damage… photos attached.. the photos show where the window will go after the cupboard is removed .. the outside photo is the other side of the wall where window will be. - Due date: Flexible
