Need to repair the bottom deck step leading to our garden. The stair stringer and board has rotten. I’ve removed these and have the Meehan deck boards to replace. The step is 5m wide by 280mm (it’s 2 x 140m boards) there are 7 individual stringers that are rotten on the bottom. The fix would be to bugle screw a sleeper block in to create the support to lay the 4 boards over All tools and materials provided - Due date: Flexible

We would like a good quality oval shaped timber handrail supported by marine grade stainless supports. The timber handrail is to be finished with a high quality light mahogany varnish. We have an existing table which needs to be adjusted to fit a very heavy piece of marble on top. Currently the cutout in underside of marble is 1350x650 & tabletop is 1330x820 so needs to be trimmed. We also need the leg part cut down from dining size to 40cm to suit coffee table size and sanded and finished.

The bottom four stairs of our stairs are falling apart. We're looking to renovate in the next 12 months so we don't want to replace the staircase. We're hoping a carpenter might be able to reinforce them. Photos attached. We will wear masks when you're here and ensure there is a closed door between us and you while you're working to ensure zero contact.

Hi, I would like 3 quotes to build an 'under the sink' clear pine support structure including some shelves that is open and exposes the sink and washing machine waste S-bend plumbing, in a bathroom setting. The structure is to be open to discourage further mould growth that regularly develops in the existing bathroom sink cupboard. As a second exercise, I would like to include a new overhead cupboard against the bathroom wall, which can be constructed of conventional melamine covered chipboard. So the exercise covers provision of the materials, build and installation on site and demolition and removal of existing bathroom cupboard. Regards, Len Power

We have just upgraded our fuse box from the 1960’s to modern day and the new box sticks out of our wall about 1-2 inches and is in our living room. So the old cover doesn’t fit and isn’t very pretty. Keen to find someone who has the skills to build a custom cover for it that we can open/remove easy to access the fuse box but also is aesthetically pleasing and unnoticeable on our living room wall. I’m envisioning a custom made wooden our plastic cover painted the same color as our wall. Pics attached for reference of box and old cover. Rotten window frame needs replacing at the bottom. I have the replacement piece but it needs a groove cut in it down the middle length ways to fit the window. If work good then other work available.
