Small kitchen area 3m square to be sanded ( floorboards have never been stained)and lacquered

I have a kitchen that is being done by a cabinet maker He has suggested I get full set of drawings for what I have in mind I know the design that I’m after I need someone that can draw up what I want for cabinet maker I’m not exactly sure how much this should cost so I’m starting here at this price

We have installed new carpet and the doors now have difficulty opening due to the raised height of the carpet! The bedroom internal doors are normal wood doors but the Wardrobe doors appear to be laminate! We need someone to come and do the following; Cut/plane the doors as listed below so they can open without scraping the carpet- 2 X bedrooms have 3 wardrobe doors (5 in total one is working fine ) Then the 3 internal bedroom doors need to be cut!

L shaped cabinets Will need to add cutouts for cooktop and sink. Lower/Base cabinets required Will have to get materials too

Portable AC was dirty underneath and after mixing up with the water caused a stain on the carpet- 1m2 - Due date: Flexible

2 x 7m Timber Deck (14 sqm) Deck has been power washed and is ready for sanding. Sand back to raw wood and apply 2 coats of stain. Stain will be provided You will need to supply tools / equipment needed for the job. - Due date: Flexible

We have a bathroom cabinet which was custom made for the space , the wooden housing of the cabinet is still in good shape but all the drawers are now peeling at the front and the base of some of the drawers are water damaged. So basically it would involve custom making the drawers, including the runners and new handles, so that they can fit back into the cabinet. (Have tried to upload photos but it won't work) - Due date: Flexible

Custom dolly needing to be made so a fish tank and cabinet can sit on top. Current dolly needs further improvements to bear the load. Would require you to come look at existing dolly then make a trip to Bunnings and get more plywood/screws etc.

My existing gate has come off its hinges. I need the gate to be screwed in with new screws and fixed into the latch. - Due date: Flexible

Two tasks: 1) remove panelling (glued to wall by former builders) to get dishwasher out and fix up wall 2) fix pantry doors (will not close) - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 15 July 2022

Our outdoor decking has expanded in the rain so we just need to trim down the panels so water can run through again. Would have to pull up some pieces, trim and then put back down.

Need 4 cupboards cut and installed to an outdoor bbq bench top. Ideally carpenter is best for this job - Due date: Flexible
