I need a handy person or carpenter to securely install a wooden support beam above a door frame so that it can safely hold a removable pull-up bar. The existing door frame is too thin to support the bar on its own and needs reinforcement. The pull-up bar is the kind that hooks over a door frame, but this frame is too narrow to support it. I need a wooden beam (you will need to supply this) installed above the frame to act as a ledge/support for the bar. The beam needs to be firmly secured into studs or otherwise strongly anchored. Please bring a stud finder, appropriate wood, drill, screws, and anything else you need. Preferred Skills: Experience with carpentry, home gym setups, or similar reinforcement jobs Able to measure, cut, and mount wood cleanly and securely

We’re moving out of a temporary rental in freshwater and have managed to cause two stains on the carpet that we’d love help removing properly (we’ve tried). One is from a spill of blue-coloured toilet cleaning product and the other is actually an accident that our dog had one day when he was unwell and someone accidentally forgot to leave the door open for him. This is a short-term rental so we’re not obliged to do a full carpet clean, but would love to at least not leave stains behind. Alter the existing console hall table to half its length (keep depth and height), keeping only one drawer. Add a shelf using half of the table's top, which was cut off. The drawers are on metal runners, and the table is made of solid wood.

I have two large ply sheets that I need to specific dimensions. The sheets are 2400 by 1200, and they need to be cut into 8 pieces. You will need a circ saw, something to measure to the mm, maybe a 2x4 for cutting accuracy, and a saw horse. You'll need to set up in a parking lot because there's nowhere else to cut them! The ply sheets are currently in the parking lot of my building.

Wipe stains from interior walls using sugar soap, bucket and cloths (provided) in an apt block stairwell in Freshwater.
