Our puppy damaged wooden skirting boards, stair bannister, wooden steps and a couple of wooden doors. We are looking at how to renew/ fix this damage in a cost effective and neat way

Need 2 x carpenters for internal wall framing and roof framing tomorrow.

The top of one of our cupboards doesn't have a roof. Am hoping a carpenter can come in and seal it neatly so dust etc can't get through from the stairs above it - then tidy and finish it. (See photos). Price will need to include materials and tools.

Looking for a skilled carpenter to build a custom shop counter and overhead frame for my store. We are looking for a clean, modern aesthetic similar to the attached photos, but with a straight L-shape (no curved corners). Key Deliverables: • L-Shaped Counter: Build a straight-edged timber counter. The front should be clad in vertical timber slats (v-joint or individual slats) and finished with a light timber benchtop. • Recessed Lighting Lip: The benchtop should overhang slightly to allow for a hidden LED strip under the counter edge. • Overhead "House" Frame: A minimalist white timber frame for the "Order Ahead & Pickup" station. • Back-of-House Storage: Open shelving behind the counter for equipment and staff use. Specifications: • Structure: Straight L-shape (approx. [400cm] x [100 cm]). • Finish: White-painted frame and green-washed or painted vertical slats for the base. • Durability: The benchtop must be sealed for commercial use (water/stain resistant). Cabinets have been pre assembled. Fix 3 x cabinets together using connector rail and install back cover panel. Measure and cut of the cover panel required. Install cabinets together using connector the slab using floor anchoring frame and levelling of cupboard legs. Bench top will be measure separately.

Wanting basic carpentry lessons using my workshop and tools with the aim to build a small outdoor sauna and hopefully more similar projects ongoing. I've done my research on how the construction will proceed from beginning to end however would like to gain fundamental terminology and measurement practices. Specifically where to place noggins and thickness of framing for certain size walls, what names of structures are, etc. I've got all the materials and all tools (to my knowledge) and would love a mentor for a day or two. 40 year old male with textile background which involves precise craftsmanship so not entirely green in regards to professionalism. Sauna will be built using pine framing, internal cedar cladding and external fibre cement sheeting. Heater and glass windows also installed. A 3D model has been designed to follow for construction. I’ve cut a new wall opening (approx. 2000mm wide x 550mm high) next to an existing bedroom door on the ground floor of my home. There is currently a stud in the middle of the new opening that needs to be properly removed. Our carpeted upstairs bedroom/wardrobe/study and downstairs tv room have a variety with stains. Our dog graced our bedroom with poo and wee today and we can only remove so much. Looking for a carpet cleaning stain removal wizard to tackle both areas and remove stains (carpets are otherwise clean.) Do you have a particular set of skills in removing deep long standing urine stains?? Personally I think it’s impossible - prove me wrong! We need a hero to come along. See photos. A couple of years ago we had a taster come and do a generic once-over, say there was nothing he could do about the stains and left the room smelling horrible for days. A reformer pilates machine (fitness equipment) received by our customer has a small scratch on wooden side panel. It was in perfect condition prior to leaving our warehouse. Need someone ideally with carpentry or woodwork skills to assess, possibly lightly sand and relaquer timber.

I got a sewing cabinet for free on Facebook marketplace, so I don’t want to spend a lot of money on it. Since bringing it home (maybe it got damaged in the move) I’ve noticed one of the side panels has come detached. It is hanging on by some wooden dowels, but looks ready to break. We have tried to push it back together but now the door of the cabinet won’t close either. I’d really love this repaired so I can get some use out of it.

We are looking for a skilled plumber/handyman to create space under the kitchen sink for a slimline integrated dishwasher (IKEA Integrated Slimline Dishwasher - 44.8cm wide). The task would require some kitchen cabinet carpentry as the current cabinet is not wide enough for the 45cm wide integrated dishwasher - see images for more information. Job would also involve the dishwasher installation and attaching the door for the integrated dishwasher. Always someone home during the day so available for visits for exact quotes and measurements.
