Seeking a local handyman or carpenter to install floor skirting, and seal the gaps under the doors to stop the draft getting in. 3 x outside doors Approx 10m of skirting to blend in with existing skirting. The skirting has not yet been purchased, seeking recommendations. Prefer job to be carried during business hours or weekends, but flexible. Shouldn’t take more than a few hours for the right person with the right tools. Parking onsite. A small family business in Leichhardt Cost only includes labour Parts & materials tbc.

Pull up a old deck and place wood by a shed

Polished bench top is damaged from insect spray bottle being placed on the wood. Is this fixable? Can someone please let me know

I would like to install a dishwasher into a kitchen without an existing alcove for one. Cabinetry will likely require extensive modification however don't need to be perfect as this is a temporary solution. Please see photos and Sketch Up model - preferred install method is to remove cabinet that extends into kitchen and place dishwasher to left of sink. Benchtop will need modification as will one cabinet door.

There is a black area on our kitchen timber floor, which appeared after we left something wet there for one day. Also a smaller spot close by. We have tried to use vinegar solution , then light sanding by hand to remove but it hasn't worked. Could the person who will do the job please tell us how you propose to remove the stain first? Install Ikea Laminate Kitchen Benchtop, remove existing laminate benchtop and sink/tap, install new Ikea benchtop (laminate), cut and join benchtop to size for u shape kitchen (note existing benchtop depth is 60cms and ikea benchtop is 63.5cms, so some cutting will be required to adjust appropriate depth) and assemble and install one ikea cabinet for where freestanding oven is now (I have a 60cm 'oven' base cabinet which needs to be trimmed to 54cms and will be used for storage only), cut holes for sink and induction cooktop, reinstall sink and tap.
