The middle post where the gate is needs to be replaced, it will need to be fixed in place, the post will need to be painted and some pickets might need to be painted or fixed as part of fixing the gate. The posts on the side or the railings that support the fence might need to be fixed too.

Build new timber fence / replace existing. Install 2 x timber gates and associated latch hardware. Materials to be paid by myself in the day.

Seeking a dividing treated pine timber paling fence between rear open space: - Length approximately 7.1m. - Height approximately 1.8m to 2.1m due to slope of site (TBC). - Single layer of timber palings to both sides please. We have a metal fence/side gate that requires repair. Also, we have another wood gate that needs to be reattached. Price is $200 per gate ($400 total)

Handyman/builder required to customise a baby gate to fit the bottom of our stairs. We did have a baby gate installed on the stairs but it was broken easily because it wasn’t screwed into a stud and there doesn’t seem to be a stud in the part of the wall we need the gate to be attached to. Therefore, I believe a piece of wood needs to be used and cut to shape to secure the gate to the wall. I require a builder/handyman to install a secure gate. The stairs are wooden and there is metal railing with glass.
