Need some patching around the place, mostly on the first front entry stairs due to poor finishing originally on the gyprock.

Need to patch and reset bathroom ceiling

I urgently need a gyprocker to patch a hole in the bathroom ceiling. A section was cut out around a ducted unit/exhaust box (see photo) and needs to be boarded up, sealed, and paint.

Walls and ceiling gyprock removed in one room. Re insulated and gyprock and cornice replaced.

Need plastering done with minimum dust

Set all joints with compound and tape, including internal corners, and install/set external corner beads. Apply second and third coats to joints, angles, and screw fixings, feathering out for a smooth finish. Sand all surfaces to a uniform level, remove dust, and prepare walls with sealer/undercoat ready for painting. Wall is double sided

Need someone to render carport entrance. Street side already has one coat but needs another thin coat to level off imperfections. Approx 4m2. Already have the render onsite

Install 2 person sauna in garage location.

My sauna is tripping the power every time I turn it on. I think the power supply box is fried and I'm looking for someone to take a look at it and hopefully fix it. Would like to receive quotes to fix. Also, if you could let me know if you think it is fixable.

Need a plasterer / handy person to move existing bedroom door approximately 130cm to the left of current position. Ensure appropriate framework etc. in place to move door and patch and repair gyprock where existing door is and make ready for painting. (we will paint). We will ensure existing power outlet is disconnected.

We have a medium sized family bathroom. 3m x 1.7m in size. The tiles are currently a blue / grey colour and I would like them sprayed white. Including the bath. Note that the tiles only come to waist height. And in shower only head height. Ie they are not to the roof (so less spraying overall). Thank you

About 110 square meters ceiling gyprocking, project in Mona vale 2103, we are planning to use Sound check gyprock double layers 13mm of to insulate noises from above floor, cornice finishing and painting in the end.
