The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

Hallway access to lounge previously blocked off and covered. See imagery which is self explanatory. Some wiring to negotiate but I’ve located that so should be simple. Essentially I need old giprock off both sides and internal wood structure removed with minimal mess, then Gyprocking and trim finished off with skirting again. Opening should be tidy and smooth. - Due date: Flexible
