Need to hang a solid (heavy-ish) clock in gyprock wall - only experienced picture hangers requested must have all the gear and fasteners . Also hang 3-4 medium sized prints

I need to urgently replace old gyprock ceiling with new gyprock, square set ( same as existing) 2 bedrooms. Old ceiling to be removed. I’m attaching a floor plan with measurements. Both bedrooms have 4 down lights each and a round air conditioning diffuser/vent. Bedroom 2 has a built in so it’s a bit smaller than the floor plan picture No cornice currently but I’m open to it if it makes life easier. As long as it is elegant for a modern home. Or a square set Easy access to property. No asbestos. Urgent as I have tenants moving in very soon.

Walls x 40sqm & ceilings x 15sqm. Plasterboard and angles on site. Requires Gyproc install, joints taped and set and finished.

We need help to install new plasterboards to bare walls and ceilings. Will need to bring plasterboard and install, sand etc. we will do the painting ourselves and add skirting boards. Room is 2400 x 3600 with 2500 ceiling height

Some minor gyprocking to sides required / bulkhead of cornice / between room & nook (gyprock supplied). Exising cornice (about 3m in length) which has fallen down. Other minor works; ie patching of hole in wall. Happy to chat through.

I have a 50sqm metre space under the building that I need to install joist flooring. Its just a storage room and doesn't need anything special. Just brick posts, joists and a plywood floor. Will also install a gyprock ceiling. Again, it doesn't have to be a pretty finish. just want to put bikes and camp gear on it. no more than 2 days work. My price is based on me supplying materials. Had water issues at switch. Replaced relays but now awning only goes out and will not come back in. Think it is switch issue. I have spare SOMFY switches but do not know how to connect - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 1 September 2022
